I am a qualified, accredited Mental Health Social Worker (Australian Association of Social Workers) offering individual counselling to adults.

My aim is to provide a space that is safe and authentic in order to do the inner work that leads to living a meaningful, values-aligned life. In a typical session, you can expect gentle exploration of existing challenges, reflection, and specific skills and coping strategies to support you.

My practice is trauma-informed and attachment aware focusing on nurturing a strong relationship with self and others, drawing on evidence-informed modalities.

  • Graduate Certificate of Therapeutic Play Skills (PTI)

  • Graduate Diploma of Divinity (Australian College of Theology)

  • Graduate Diploma of Perinatal Mental Health (GFA/Federation Uni) (undertaking in 2026)

I have 14 years' experience as a social worker in a variety of non-government and government settings. I haveexperience in Youth Work, Hospital Mental Health Unit, Migration Support Programs, Out-of-Home Care Services, Play Therapy, and supporting military members and families.
